Garton-Good added, "The OnePipeline technology opportunity can significantly enhance the consultant's relationships with local business partners and clients by creating a financial incentive to offer a value-added service that homebuyers and sellers want. By providing the professional real estate consultant with loan origination capability, brokers can increase and improve market share."
