The National Association of Real Estate Consultants (NAREC) founder, Julie Garton-Good, C- CREC, DREI has announced an "industry first" as RE/MAX of Indiana Regional Director, Jonathan D. Nicholas will be co-hosting the first NAREC Summit.

Nicholas committed to a training initiative for RE/MAX of Indiana Real Estate Professionals earlier this year. RE/MAX of Indiana is the first organization in the country to initiate the C-CREC professional designation training program for associates at the regional level.

According to Julie Garton-Good, Founder of the association, "Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultants are the new breed of real estate professionals. They perform an in-depth analysis of the consumer's needs using an unbiased approach that's initially devoid of "selling" anything."

The National Association of Real Estate Consultants (NAREC) will co-host the C-CREC Summit in Indianapolis, Indiana with RE/MAX for all members on July 20, 2001 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The Summit will be held at the RE/MAX of Indiana Regional office located at 9465 Counselors Row on the North side of Indianapolis.

The purpose of the Summit is to provide the over 750 NAREC members with an update on the course and membership and to find out from participants what is working for them in their new "fee for service" business model and how NAREC can help them improve.

This will be an interactive session with the option to call in and discuss topics that may be of interest.

Garton-Good said, "We expect to have a few of our other Instructors in attendance from around the country and we will be conducting the C-CREC Course on July 18-19, 2001 in Indianapolis at the same location."
