The National Association of
Real Estate Consultants (NAREC) founder, Julie Garton-Good, C- CREC, DREI has
announced an "industry first" as RE/MAX of Indiana Regional Director,
Jonathan D. Nicholas committed to a training initiative for RE/MAX of Indiana
Real Estate Professionals.
RE/MAX of Indiana is the first organization
in the country to initiate the C-CREC professional designation training program
for associates at the regional level.
According to Julie Garton-Good,
founder of the association, "Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultants
are the new breed of real estate professionals. They perform an in-depth
analysis of the consumer's needs using an unbiased approach that's devoid of "selling"
anything. The C-CREC can then assist the consumer in reaching desired results.

change master in offering cutting-edge consulting services to consumers."
The
Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) designation is awarded to
real estate professionals who exemplify excellence in real estate consulting,
recipients must complete course work, meet experience requirements, and
demonstrate their ability to successfully analyze and address the needs of
consumers in a variety of real estate applications. |
