The National Association of Real Estate Consultants (NARECTM) founder, Julie Garton-Good, C-CREC, DREI
announced today an "industry first" as RE/MAX of Indiana Regional
Director, Jonathan D. Nicholas committed to a training initiative for RE/MAX of
Indiana Real Estate Professionals.

of Indiana is the first organization in the country to initiate the C-CREC
professional designation training program for associates at the regional level.
According
to Julie Garton-Good, "Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultants" are
the new breed of real estate professionals. They perform an in-depth analysis
of the consumer's needs using an unbiased approach that's devoid of "selling"
anything. The C-CRECTM can then assist the
consumer in reaching desired results. NAREC is honored that RE/MAX of Indiana is
leading the Real Estate Industry as a change master in offering cutting-edge
consulting services to consumers."

The
Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CRECTM)
designation is awarded to real estate professionals who exemplify excellence in
real estate consulting, recipients must complete course work, meet experience
requirements, and demonstrate their ability to successfully analyze and address
the needs of consumers in a variety of real estate applications.
